For My Happy Homeownin' Friend

(That's Arla in the window.)

My friend, my sister in Christ, and a regular reader of my blog is the happy owner of a new home and this post is dedicated to her.

Sharon,

I am so excited for you, George, Christina, Nana and the Cat. Sorry Cat, I don't know your name. It was an honor to be there on Saturday to help celebrate your new home. I loved being with you while you gave us the tour and pointed out all the beautiful flowers. Your smile was so expressive of your excitement and joy of owning your new home. Praise God for his continual blessings. I look forward to many visits with you and your family. May God continue to bless you as you fill your home with His love. I love you.

Love,

I think that is just fantastic. How nice you were able to get the tour and celebrate with her! I would suggest something though. If you want to keep the friendship strong.....LEARN THE CATS NAME!

Thank you for all the good thoughts and prayers.
Rebecca, it is our honor and pleasure to have you come and visit. Please come often, stay long and share deeply the joy that our Lord pours into and out of your life. You truly are a treasured friend and sister in Christ :)

About the cat 
She adopted Christina a few years back. Azure is a real stinker bell with loads of comedic antics that include standing on her head. Christina named her Azure because she has beautiful azure blue eyes.

Love you,
Sharon

Very cool!

Yeah, the ink finally came off. Although the first thing my hubby said when he got home that night was, "Hey, you've got something on your face."

Thanks for your sweet comments about the new look! I know just enough HTML code to be dangerous :)

And oh, how I love Bring the Rain...

We have been in Hawaii for almost 7 years thanks to the US Army, but my hubby has had to go to Iraq just to stabilize us here. He will be leaving again in Dec. and that will keep us here another 2 years at least. My son would like to graduate his High School here so that would turn out great for us.
