After comparing fingernail lengths, 
conversation between Cayla and Lucas led to wondering who has the longest. So we did some research online at Guinness World Records and thought we would share the info with you.
This is Lee Redmond from Holloway, Salt Lake City. She has not cut her fingernails since 1979. The total length of her nails is 24ft 7.8 in. Absolutely amazing.
I wonder what she thinks of those of us who have the bad habit of biting our nails.

Does this fall under the heading: "Extreme Personal Hygiene"? And would this decision, oddly enough, alter other aspects of hygiene with extememly personal consequences? Let's say she is in the bathroom and needs to..."brush her teeth"???? I'm done.

or clean between her toes?
By the way, is she demonstrating some weird type of mating dance in this photo? Looks pretty extreme alright.
actually now that I look once again I can see that she is really holding up some kind of bamboo birdcage that she is weaving. Doesn't she look pleased with herself!
Who has a hobby of growing nails like that? I mean that just makes you work hard at everything else you do... too complicated!
how does she potty? I know that is really personal and weird, but SERIOUSLY?
Or how about driving?
She must miss out on a lot of activities because i'm just not understanding how she participates otherwise.
Forget all about personal hygiene...How on earth could she blog? Wow-she sure is missin' out?
I wonder how she gets anything done. I would think this might disrupt simple tasks. Like using the bathroom.
That's soooo gross. She must not deal with little ones very often. Can you imagine her trying to change a diaper!?! lol
