This is what I have been doing this past week. We were blessed with two boxes of peaches and bucket loads of beans. The two boxes of peaches made 27 quarts and so far we have 42 quarts of beans. I still have a brown grocery bag full of beans waiting to be pressure cooked. That's on the agenda for tomorrow. I'm thinking the only other thing I will can this year will be apple juice. We have an abundance of apples on the tree (or in our orchard, as Tim calls it.) What blessings!!
